I’m a musician and composer from northern Norway, currently living in Oslo. In 2020 i finished my degree in jazz and improvised music from the Norwegian Academy of Music, and since then I’ve been an active musician on the Norwegian scene. My main focus has been on my own projects, presented on this site, but I have also been lucky to play with so many great musicians, among others Ane Brun and Solveig Slettahjell. I have also written a lot of music the past years, both for big bands, woodwind trio, string orchestra and symphony orchestra. Improvisation is an important aspect of my music, especially in my trio we always make room for initiativ, creativity and improvisation in the moment. Some highlights this year is releasing "Døgnville" - my trio's third album, and playing this music live. In October I'm also going to Australia for the first time, playing at Sydney International Women's jazz festival and Melbourne International jazz festival together with the amazing Chloe Kim and Jacques Emery.
